Montana Information Technology Alliance The primary goal of MITA is to promote and expand the Information Technology community that exists within the State of Montana. This will be accomplished through the following activities:
Advocacy and Government Affairs
MITA will make sure the voice of the IT community is heard loud and clear. MITA will work strategically with government, education and community leaders to foster a positive climate for technology companies and to raise the regional, national and international profile of Montana’s technology industry. MITA will work with state leaders to emphasize the importance of expanding Montana’s IT community and the role the state plays. Advocacy for Economic Development within Montana
Information Technology is critical for encouraging economic development within the State of Montana. MITA will work to promote strategic business relationships, not only between IT related organizations but also between them and other Montana industries, government and education. Peer-to-Peer Networking
Putting you in touch with peers, learning from some of the industry’s most successful professionals and building a thriving technology community are the objectives of MITA events. Peer-to-peer networking brings you new business, business advice and resources. No matter what the market is doing, MITA offers you a peer group with relevant expertise and knowledge to help you flourish. Educational Opportunities
